Everyone should try sharing kindness in their everyday lives. Through things like affirmations, you can begin to see changes within yourself and the way you treat those around you.

Daily affirmations can improve your overall mood and your outlook on life. This practice requires you to use the same sentences, phrases, or quotes every day.

How to Do Daily Affirmations for Kindness

Replacing your negative thoughts about other people with positive ones is the key focus of your daily affirmations. You should:

  • Create a routine. Don’t do affirmations for one day and then forget for three. You should create a routine.

Start by doing affirmations for 2-3 minutes a day. You can increase if you like as time goes on.

  • Meditate and repeat. When you doing your affirmations, meditate and repeat your words at least 10 times. The repetition is what helps your mind to focus on positivity.
  • Be patient. Stick to the practice and be patient. If you are in a rush for change, it can take away from the authenticity of the practice.
